Weekend Preview: 7th December

With a number of postponed games due to the extreme weather conditions, there are three Rockets junior games and one first team game set for the weekend ahead.

Rockets men face an away trip to the undefeated Hemel Storm tomorrow at 7pm in what is sure to be a tough test against the title favourites.

Coach Smith’s side have previous this season for overcoming title challengers, however, with an early victory at Derby Triailblazers and a home win against the Reading Rockets earlier this season.

Hemel’s dominance is all the more impressive considering the competitive nature of NBL Division One this season, but Rockets will be motivated to become the first side this season to take down the table-toppers…
