We have one first team home game and four junior fixtures set to take place tomorrow! Rockets women vs Cardiff has unfortunately been cancelled as the visitors are unable to fulfil the fixture.
Men’s First Team
It’s the biggest game of the season yet for your Rockets as London Cavaliers visit Nechells for the playoff showdown at 7:30pm!
Rockets currently occupy the final playoff spot but London are right behind us and have games in hand meaning there is no room for error if we are to realise our playoff ambitions!
London currently hold the head-to-head advantage after winning the return fixture 84-73 in Uxbridge back in October meaning Rockets need to win by 12 points or more to swing the head-to-head record back in our favour.
It’s the biggest game of the season yet – and we’ll need to count on your incredible home support to help us over the line!

Junior Performance Programme
There are two home games and two away games for our juniors as a number of teams play out their final games of the season!
Under 14 Girls
Coach Mahamud’s team will be looking to round off their regular season by recording a third consecutive win as they prepare to host Lancashire Spinners at Nechells Wellbeing Centre at 2:20pm.
The team recorded a 93-27 win against the Spinners in the first game of the season and will be looking to round off what has been a fantastic campaign with another victory.
The team will leapfrog Sheffield Hatters into second place on the final day with a win so the team will be highly motivated tomorrow afternoon!

Under 16 Girls
Our Under 16 Girls still have a couple of games left to play, starting this Saturday as they welcome Trafford Mystics to Nechells at 12:20pm.
Coach Clark’s side took down the Mystics 73-72 at the Manchester Basketball Centre back in December and will be confident they compete the league double in their penultimate home outing of the season!
It’s a tightly contested Northern Premier Division with just two wins separating sixth from eleventh, so a couple of wins to finish the season could be huge!

Under 14 Boys
Coach Matt Gaskell’s Under 14 Boys round off what has been a fantastic season at the National Basketball Performance Centre in Manchester tomorrow as they visit Manchester Swarm at 11am.
Rockets recorded a dominant 95-69 win against Manchester Giants Blue last weekend and will be looking to finish the season with another win to secure fifth place in the Northern Premier.
Swarm are yet to win in eighteen league outings this season and after winning the reverse fixture 84-44, the team will be full of confidence heading into the game.

Under 16 Boys
It’s the penultimate game of the season for our Under 16 Boys who travel to Manchester to take on the undefeated Magic at 12:30pm.
Manchester are undefeated in all of their 18 league outings so far this season, a run unmatched by any side in the division.
Rockets can take confidence from last Sunday’s win against Newcastle and know they must be on their game against the title favourites tomorrow afternoon!
