There are two first team home games and three junior away games set to take place this weekend.
First Teams
Women’s First Team
Rockets women are back in action at Nechells Wellbeing Centre in a 5pm tip against the Milton Keynes Breakers.
A final quarter comeback saw MK snatch a late 70-66 win in the reverse fixture back in November with Coach Allen’s side eager to avenge that tough loss tomorrow afternoon – tip off is at 5pm.

Men’s First Team
Rockets men will be hosting Bristol Hurricanes tomorrow in NBL Division One action at Nechells Wellbeing Centre at 7:30pm.
Coach Smith’s side are no stranger to the Hurricanes and will be looking for a repeat of September’s 93-79 home win against them in our KitKing Trophy group stage outing.
We also drew the Bristolians in the National Cup at the start of December and recorded a 100-47 win against a depleted Hurricanes side.
We did fall to defeat in the reverse league fixture, however, with Bristol claiming a 95-71 win at UWE Bristol.
Tickets for the game cover BOTH men’s & women’s games – click here to get yours while you can!

Junior Performance Programme
Under 14 Boys
It’s an early start for our Under 14 Boys away in Coventry with the team set to face off against Coventry Tornadoes in a 11:20am tip.
Coach Gaskell’s side saw their three game winning run come to an end last weekend and the team will be eager to bounce back against the Tornadoes.
It is sure to be a tough test, however, with just one place and one win separating the sides in the league standings with Tornadoes currently sitting in third place and Rockets in fourth.

Under 16 Boys
Rockets Under 16 Boys are in Sheffield on Sunday to face the Sheffield Elite Basketball Academy at 1pm.
Coach Tavares side will be looking to build on last weekend’s win up in Manchester against Trafford as they look to continue their fight up the league standings.
Sheffield hold the third worst defensive record in the league, a vulnerability that Rockets will be looking to exploit on Sunday afternoon!

Under 18 Men
It’s a Rockets derby for our Under 18 Men as they face the league leading Reading Rockets Academy at John Madejski Academy tomorrow afternoon in a 12:45pm tip.
Reading have enjoyed a fantastic campaign so far, losing just one of their 15 league outings.
Coach D’Alva’s side will take confidence from their recent 84-43 win against Bracknell but will know that they will need to be at their best tomorrow as they look to challenge an in-form Reading side.
